Returns

If you are unhappy with any part of your order,  please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will fix the problem. We are a small family farm, and we appreciate your business. Please contact us right away and give our family the opportunity to solve  anything you are unhappy with. 

Shipping

We use USPS Priority shipping on most of our shipments.  On occasion we will use UPS Ground when heavy items are ordered.  We insure all our shipments so please let us know ASAP if something did not arrive safely.  If your package arrives damaged, please do not discard the package.  Please document your package with photos and email us immediately to [email protected].  We will take care of the problem immediately. If a product is damaged by shipping, please return it to us immediately and we will send you a replacement and take care of the insurance claim.

Retail orders over $75 qualify for free shipping, excluding the cost of live plants. Live plants are always shipped free of charge and do not count toward the $75 minimum for free shipping on other items.
